By downloading, installing, or using Peace and Quiet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Peace and Quiet is a white noise application designed to help you sleep. The App provides various ambient sounds including white noise, brown noise, pink noise, and nature sounds.

Use of the App

You may use Peace and Quiet for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Electric Pants and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Audio Content

All audio content included in Peace and Quiet is either:

  • Original recordings created by Electric Pants
  • Licensed for use in the App
  • In the public domain

You may not extract, redistribute, or use the audio content outside of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Peace and Quiet is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Electric Pants be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Health Disclaimer

Peace and Quiet is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. If you have sleep disorders or other health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
